Dr. Flowers cam to us with the task of re-branding his current dental practice to attract his ideal customer. Where his office is located, there are several retirement communities within a three mile radius. His logo and brand identist were developed over a decade ago and he just felt that it was time to re-brand.
Our process here was to identify clearly what the client was looking for in terms of look, feel, and messaging. One thing he was very clear on was the messaging and his target audience. It’s always fun when a client says, I know exactly who I am and why people want to do business with me, but I don’t know how to convey that in my marketing. We began with identifying colors and finalizing messaging. We also knew that this client was well known in his community which was important to consider when designing the branding. We needed to find a creative way to pull that all together.
