Administrative Assistant

JOB-DESCRIPTION:
This role would be administrative and copywriting focused. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant with a creative side. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. If you are passionate about editing, grammar and spelling issues, you are the perfect fit for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist social media strategist with content creation, caption writing,
* Create graphics for Instagram and Facebook Stories
* Light video editing (Training provided)
* Handle various incoming and outgoing communications with clients regarding trends, content needs, reporting etc.
* Blog Edits and scheduling with SEO focus for service based businesses
* Administrative support to two team members in social media and client reporting

If you have one or more of these skills and have availability – we would love to talk!

If you have dental industry knowledge or home services experience of any kind, that’s a bonus, though not required.

JOB-TYPE: Hourly 3 month contract to start, potential for permanent position in future. But we would be seeking dedicated weekly hours (some flexibility in schedule!) Likely between 10-20 hours/week to start.

PAY RANGE: Between $17-$20/hour, commensurate with workload and experience
